Because there is more to a great volleyball player than playing the game.
Our goal is to foster fundamental volleyball skills, competition, encourage family support, and establish life-long friendships.
Top Tier Volleyball Club has two practice locations. Normal club practices will take place at Fennimore High School and are usually scheduled for Sunday afternoons. Top Tier also offers optional practices as well as specialty practices at Hoffman Hall in Prairie du Chien.
Top Tier Volleyball believes that young people should be active and involved at their school, church and home. We encourage our athletes to participate in activities that make them happy. Many high school basketball, softball and soccer coaches tell their athletes not to play club. Top Tier believes that athletes and their parents are the people who make that decision. Punishing athletes for participating in activities outside of school time is unfair. At Top Tier athletes will be asked to make as much as they can, even if it means coming late to practice—or going to practice with another team, the important thing is communication, coaches need to know who will and won’t be at practice so they can plan appropriately.
Top Tier Volleyball teams will consist of 10-11 players.
Top Tier Volleyball believes that club players gain the most from practicing consistently from December to the end of the season. Match competition is also important and all players attending practices on a regular and consistent basis will participate in competition.
