What if I play other sports?

Top Tier VBC believes that young people should be active and involved at their school, church and home. We encourage our athletes to participate in activities that make them happy. Many high school basketball, softball and soccer coaches tell their athletes not to play club. Top Tier VBC believes that athletes and their parents are the people who make that decision. Punishing athletes for participating in activities outside of school time is unfair. At Top Tier VBC athletes will be asked to make as much as they can, even if it means coming late to practice—or going to practice with another team, the important thing is communication, coaches need to know who will and won’t be at practice so they can plan appropriately.

How many people will be on our team?

Top Tier VBC teams will consist of 10-11 players.

Will everyone on the team play?

Top Tier VBC believes that club players gain the most from practicing consistently from December to April. Match competition is also important and all players attending practices on a regular and consistent basis will participate in competition.
